One moment, the Darkest Midnight Sky Egg is frantically rocking, spinning and shuddering in its place on the hot sands. The next moment, it breaks open. Shards scatter across the sands as its occupant spills out.
Frosted Glacial Green Hatchling
Endless depths of ages past, a chasm fractured deep into the heart of a glacier. Incomprehensibly ancient hues of icy green, crystalline pure. This hatchling seems hewn from the very core of a glacier deep in the Snowy Wastes, her delicate body washed with the surprisingly vivid green of sunlight refracted through ice, crevaces of the grey-green shade of stormy seas, striations of a green so deep it could only be called midnight green. All enhanced by a subtle sparkle, a milky white frost encrusting all, as if the moisture-ladden air of the south condenses on contact with her hide into a thick mist, finally crystalizing to form myriad patterns caressing her wings and neck ridges. An errant touch of light here and there sends rainbow shimmers dancing under her wings.
Public Impression Message
Frosted Glacial Green Hatchling stops in front of a group of candidates, snorting softly with frustration. There had been the one, and now it was hiding from her, the most beautiful green ever to be hatched? She spreads her wings, showing off her beauty to all who would like to see. As she moves her head, she croons more. There the white thing is again! She increases her speed abruptly, her head hitting Benara's legs and almost running her over as she calls out lovingly.
