At first glance, this dragon does not seem at all remarkable--that is, for a dragon. He is brown, and on the small side for a brown. However, 'brown' is not always a nondescript colour. At second glance, the simple earth tones of his hide give way to a myriad of colours--glimmers of warm amber that edge his angles and points in the sunlight, a note of cinnamon here, a trace of honey here. In dimness, he turns dark, nearly sable, with traces of purple in his shadows. He is made up of elegant curves that flow into each other, of neck, of body, of tail, all one sinuous length, giving him a startling symmetry of form. Yet, for all his delicate curves, there is a strength to him, too, in the angle of his shoulders, the muscles of his hindquarters, the set of his jaw, and the surprising size of his paws. Bright-eyed, he has a mobile, expressive face, and keeps his wings at a jaunty angle.
