Wistful Waltz Egg
Flamboyant and flirtatious yet subdued in color, a palette of pastels swirls across the shimmering curve. Flounces and lace seem to overflow the boundaries of one egg, and allow only occasional dark glimpses of formally clad partners. The measured time beats in a steady, easy to follow rhythm, beckoning even the shyer wallflowers to their feet.
Touch: Small swirls move over the surface of this egg in an elaborate dance making it just as interesting to touch this egg as to look at it.
Sound: Perhaps it's the laughter of a beautiful woman? Or maybe it's just the rustling of fine ball gowns moved in dance.
A bewitching Green dragonet now stands where the Wistful Waltz Egg once existed.
Song of the Siren Green
A delicious nymph of vibrant surf and sea foam brought forth as bounty from her egg and set free upon the sands to beguile anyone hapless enough to fall in her path. Greens of tide and froth sway in sultry song over her back and lissome limbs and out over the seductively serpentine curve of her tail. And what a tail she does possess! Even in the innocence of youth this charming creator of envy has an instinctive movement in her tail that promises a power to not just bewitch but to completely enslave. The muzzle of this siren of the sea is dainty with a particularly sparkling quality to her faceted eyes. When motion brings her wings into display they are shown to be as full of oceanic fire as a smoldering sea opal; flecks of blue and emerald flicker like flames in a tropical pool. Beauty designed to undo; this is the type of divine creature who is created not to win but to be won.
Temperament
Sionath's beauty is self evident from the moment she broke out of her shell, and she keeps getting more beautiful with each passing day. Especially to you, hearing her mind as a constant companion and knowing just how far that beauty extends within. You'll learn much about her in the coming turns. You'll learn how needful she is of you, and how to control the urge she has to have you all to herself, especially when still a dragonet. You'll also learn what it is to have the closest friend possible.
She will have admirers long before she is even out of dragonethood and she knows it. She won't hesitate to use that knowledge and her own innate charm to her advantage, or the advantage of others whom she likes. Early on this will come mostly in the form of favors: getting a clutchsib to do something for her that is to her benefit, yours or whomever the current target of her whims is. With your guidance she will not take advantage too often and will learn moderation in her actions as well as her power to beguile. In training she is attentive, for she would never let anything happen to you without a fight. She won't complain about drills or lectures because she is determined to be the best friend and lifemate to you that she can.
Sionath has admirers normally, but nothing like when she is glowing her brightest. Sincerity is important to her -- she is as likely to ignore the most flattering comments by a dragon who normally doesn't pay attention to her as she is to give attention to the dragon who does something little, but has consistently treated her that way. Her movements, seductive at other times, are even more so now. She will turn heads and ensnare just as tightly as her catcher will eventually ensnare her.
Fall is the duty she was born for, though she will never consider that her only duty. Her duty is also to you -- to be your companion and friend, to be your confidant, to be your lifemate. So she will never rush through her life so that she can do the next thing -- she savors each moment with you. Fall is the same way, she knows it's in her future, either by turns during weyrlinghood or days after training is complete, but she does not let that stop her from enjoying and appreciating those turns and days between. Once in the air, however, she is completely focused and there is no one you would trust more. She doesn't linger on the events that transpire in those few hours. Why do that, when she has a life to lead?
Sionath seems to have led you to her as much as you led her to you. It was you she searched for across those hot sands, but it was she you waited these long days and perhaps turns for. But that time was well worth it, for the turns to come will be full indeed.
Public Impression Message
Song of the Siren Green stops before one girl in white, one whom had called /her/ trouble. Not that the label wasn't true, but still, it is the principle of the whole thing. With one find glance at the colors clustered on the ledge above, then around at her clutch mates, she peers at the girl that has caught her fancy.
When the thoughtful grey eyes of a young woman and the Song of Siren Green meet a lasting bond is made.
Private Impression Message
A sweeping ocean tide of love fills you as the Song of the Siren Green dragonet forms an impression with you. It is no surprise when the lilting lull of her voice has all the seductive qualities of a flawless surf. « Emilly! I am Sionath and we are together now. » Perhaps for someone who already has had family, weyrmates, and children it is surprising to find yet another level of being together with another being. Beyond the surprise there is comfort, a sort of natural relaxation with this powerful femme fatale who has chosen you above all others.
Dragon Inspirations
