| "Who's that girl? The one looking all... foreign?" "Igen sent her to help since Aishani, you know." A significant look is shared between the two kitchen girls. "Heard she got assigned the doom weyr. Heard her dragon's pretty... round. IGEN? Why would THEY help us?" Initially arriving alone with only one bag, Irianke first met with the Weyrwoman in a meeting that purportedly went well enough given the circumstances. Shortly after, a brigade of Igen dragons arrived, circling the air, asking for permission before landing, and then helped move the Igen native into a weyr: trunks and some personal furniture. They apparently helped Azaylia transition into the Weyrwoman's weyr and then indulged in two rounds of drinks at the Snowasis before departing. By the end of the day, Irianke was settled in her weyr with a list of requests already lodged with the lower caverns staff: sweetened black tea delivered at sunrise with a light breakfast, and stacks of fresh paper and ink to supply her weyr with. Hi guys! Thank you for the opportunity to play this character here at High Reaches. :D I hope to provide some interesting foils and play for the area in my time here. Some background for OOC knowledge: Irianke is trader bred in the Igen area and Impressed gold Niahvth two days after accepting Search. She wasn't educated beyond the most basic of skills and was put through a rigorous training program to bring her up to the average level of Pernese education. She is Nimae's oldest junior goldrider and has been at the Igen Weyrwoman's side for just over fourteen turns, which begs the question as to why Nimae's parted with her, even temporarily. Those who have Igen backgrounds or would have been curious about Igen Weyr will know Irianke has a reputation for following orders to the letter, voicing opinions when it is prudent to do so, and mimicking her Weyrwoman's exacting standards. While she seems to be at Nimae's beck and call, she somehow manages to exist without coming off as spineless. It's a talent. She's often seen at gathers in the Igen area and is well-known for her love of dancing and making merry. Over the turns, she's turned her trader charms into tangible skills that aid in diplomacy and has some sort of high connection at each of the area's Holds and crafts.
