This is the weekly plot summary for High Reaches Weyr - covering the week of August 11 - 17 (For last week, click here): Month 6 Azaylia offers Hana a promotion. Hana must think on it. Aishani and Jo make plans to build a empire on a protection racket for the High Reaches area. Madilla meets new Harper Israfi. K'del asks Z'ian for permission to change the secret rebellion hideout into a 'lounge'. Month 7 Lord Ustelan of Nabol dies, with some rumors that he was murdered, somehow, by the missing Lady Ienavi. Succession seems to be in question. (+gossip 117) The Weyrleaders receive a letter from Huelet, eldest son of Ustelan and heir presumptive. The Weyrleaders respond. Rasavyth and Ilicaeth don't play nice together, so all K'zin can tell Alida is that they're going on an undercover trip the next day. The next day, Alida and K'zin investigate Nabol, with some differences in opinion. K'zin goes back to Nabol to buy some information. Leova is on bed rest, but she still has ideas when Aishani brings her recent gossip. Leova and Anvori have twins, thus closing the Snowasis for a few days. (+bbread 5/56) Edeline tells Tomaeran if he toes the line, he'll net himself a Hold out of it. Aishani brings news of Nabol's Harper and word from Lady Ienavi to Suireh at Harper Hall. Shani agrees to check in on R'hin. Suireh reports to Masterharper Vesik. Alida tells Jo about her investigations and gets information on the missing Lady Nabol. Telavi and Jo catch up on recent events.
