This is the first of our (hopefully) weekly plot summaries for High Reaches Weyr - covering the week of Feb 10 - 16: 13/30 The contingent from High Reaches Hold remains at the Weyr. After Taikrin's takeover of Glacier, H'kon and K'del begin to meet with Wingleaders (+bbread 5/14) Mid-month Hraedhyth is devastated by pain and loss. A few days after, it's both queens that are upset and estranged... after which Brieli and Azaylia aren't really seen together as much as they've been in the past. Taikrin begins to spend more time with Azaylia. The Headwoman and a few Crafters start taking matters to Brieli directly, while Azaylia finds ways to keep herself busy. (+bbread 5/20, 5/21) R'hin may or may not know something about Brieli's past. Iesaryth clutches her eggs, followed by Hraedhyth. The hatching galleries are closed until after turnover, but eventually 24 eggs are revealed in the combined clutch. Riders - primarily Glacier - guard the clutch at all times. (+bbread 5/16, 5/22) Vienne gives Brieli a few things to consider about the leadership situation. Z'ian follows up on Jo's lead at Telgar and finds that Boreal is behind the attempt to bring a transferred goldrider back to High Reaches. After being recruited by K'del, Ceawlin is recruited (again) and searched by Brieli. Turnover! Paaaarty!
