This is the weekly plot summary for High Reaches Weyr - covering the week of July 28 - August 3 (For last week, click here): Month 5 H'vier mouths off about the appointment of Acting Weyrleader It gets him sent off to the middle of nowhere. Telavi and Quinlys have a chat about mysteries and the future. Lujayn becomes Honshu's Senior. K'del visits, and reflects on his position. Hraedhyth rises as most expected, confirming Azaylia as Senior Weyrwoman. Tsanth catches, making Z'ian High Reaches' first real Weyrleader in some time. Z'ian and Azaylia are happy with the results of Hraedhyth's flight. Things progress in the living cavern during the flight. Then people who didn't catch come on in. N'ky shows his friend from home, Norrick, his ovine project. Month 6 Devaki requests Alida for a specific mission. Meara turns over the reins to Quinlys -- unofficially, at least. H'vier asks Z'ian for his own wing. Spoiler alert! He doesn't get it. Aishani and Telavi have a chat, in which Tela learns of her new wingmates' prisoner-beating tendencies.
