| Early morning of day 21, month 7, one of the weyrling pairs from Yshtiath's clutch, Kataryn and little green Lelanth, didn't show up for the usual morning exercise required of the weyrlings. They didn't show for breakfast, drills or visualisation practice either and, by early afternoon, word filtered back that one of the weyrlingmasters and their dragon had spent the past few hours trying to convince a terrified Lelanth to leave her weyr, to no effect. The young green is known for being antisocial and completely wrapped up in her rider; some are saying that this is just the latest of the green's tactics to keep Kataryn to herself, given most of the weyrlings know that yesterday the two went to visit family at a cothold in the north of the Fort region and how much Lelanth had disliked the idea. |
