CharacterData +	* A fixture of the HRW Infirmary between Turn 17, when she arrived as an Apprentice accompanying then-Weyrhealer Delifa, and Turn 26, Madilla was Weyrhealer herself for more than six turns before resigning upon her promotion to Master. %r%r* She now lives at High Reaches, but heads up the Hall's committee on Healer-Weyr relations; an administrative position. %r%r* Originally from a small cothold near Peyton, Madilla nonetheless plainly considers High Reaches to be home. By all accounts, her family are conservative and authoritarian; after so many turns at the Weyr, Madilla has largely adapted to Weyr life, but remains quietly conservative in some ways.%r%r* It's well known that she was engaged to weyrmate W'chek for about a turn before the relationship abruptly ended. A few turns later, she spent a little over a turn in a relationship with Journeymean Healer Varens. She is now weyrmated to brownrider H'kon; they've been together since Turn 31. %r%r* She has two biological children: Lilabet (b. Month 3, Turn 23, father: B'tal) and Dilan (b. Month 4, Turn 27, father: Devaki). As of month 9, Turn 33, she and H'kon have adopted Raija (b. Month 3, Turn 32).%r%r* In general terms, Madilla has a reputation for being hard working and dedicated, with a softer heart and more empathy than is often useful.%r%r* An avid quilt-maker, she has been known to give her work as gifts, and occasionally takes commissions.  +
CharacterData +	* A Journeyman Harper, Quintus was posted to High Reaches Weyr in month 11, turn 38.%r%r* He brought a couple of senior apprentices along with him, Alysce and Ryneton.%r%r* His focus is primarily teaching, though he has a penchant for composing; mostly short-lived ditties that never make it to any permanent record.%r%r* He seems genuinely friendly and easy-going, curious about all sorts of things -- which hasn't always been received well -- but he is a harper, after all.%r%r* After the plague of Turn 39, his sister Gisele (sometimes called Gizzy), arrived at High Reaches, and was working as a seamstress until the end of the Turn when she travelled to become a candidate at Fort, despite turning twenty-seven.  +

She Impressed green Ryerith and continued to hide her age until circumstances led her to tell the truth. %r%t As a weyrling she was badly injured in a firestone training accident. %r%t Distinct, puckered, scars are seen from just above her collar bone on her right side and travel the length of her chest and down along her back. She had a habit of concealing them in heavy clothing and scarves, no matter the weather, until she found confidence in her own body and now dresses as if the scars are not there. %r%t She began training as a junior assistant weyrlingmaster and due to her desire and hard work she became a full assistant and is often found absorbed by her work whether or not she has weyrlings to instruct.  +

CharacterData +	The first to Impress from Teonath and Wyaeth's clutch, talkative and chubby Wujaren became W'jar when smeared blue Marckilth found him on the sands. Best buddies with F'ren since weyrlinghood, he was a little less excitable than the other bluerider but was almost always up for a good game. His Marckilth did fine when given direction but had a tendency to wander when on his own.%r%rBoth W'jar and Marckilth were badly injured in the last "comet Fall" over High Reaches' territory, which they fought as part of Snowstrike wing. After much rehabilitation, Marckilth can at least glide once again.  +

CharacterData +	Rider of bronze Literath. A bronzerider that goes against the grain of most. Bookish and dignified, would be the best way to describe both F'der's looks and personality. Having been an apprentice archivist before being Searched, his attention to detail and vast seemingly trivial knowledge pulls together a wing that is run with a sharpness and finesse few could pull off.  +

CharacterData +	Rider of bronze Aristath. This bronzerider while still retaining some of the more typical arrogance of his ilk is well educated having been searched from the Harper Hall right before he walked the tables to attain his Journeyman's knot. As a result his thirst for knowledge, his understanding of etiquette and politics is likely what has made Iceberg Wing what they are today. All of this has made B'sil a bit of a perfectionist and he expects high standards from his wingriders from the shine on their boots to their formations and manners.  +
CharacterData +	Rider of blue Wyteth. The consumate clown, J'tin was just your average full of mischief hold boy before he was Searched. With a sense of humour that many would envy and charm most men wish they had, J'tin seconds using all his smooth wit to back F'der up and engender the loyalty of Icicle's riders with never a harsh word.  +
CharacterData +	Pudgy, pale cornflower Pirioth from Teonath and Wyaeth's clutch found former healer Cesaira on the sands. While Pirioth likes other dragons' company, blonde Cesaira is more reclusive, with a quietly bitter streak.  +
CharacterData +	Overly excited and pudgy, Ferean Impressed to the sinuous cerulean blue Haraith from Teonath and Wyaeth's clutch. Best buddies with W'jar since weyrlinghood, the two can usually be found together when off duty, although less so since before W'jar and Marckilth's tragic accident. Haraith is more easygoing than his rider and while he doesn't keep him in check, is at least a somewhat stabilizing influence. Which is to say: it could be worse.  +

CharacterData +	I'ro, once Igoro, Impressed to vapor blue Stilkith from Teonath and Wyaeth's clutch. Athletic, aggressive, and often a pain in the neck, I'ro has gotten easier to get along with under Stilkith's influence, but has kept his crude sense of humor. The discipline of being one of the original four participants in the "silver thread" weyrling leadership track also helped him channel his energy in positive directions, but he lapsed slightly since joining Polaris, and still doesn't like being caught doing something nice for someone.  +
CharacterData +	A tiny boy when he Impressed massive bronze Hroxeth, E'dro was the youngest of the weyrlings from Teonath and Wyaeth's clutch. He still isn't that tall but has developed more confidence after successfully making it through weyrlinghood, and flame-tinged Hroxeth remains gentle with his lifemate even when he's stern and unyielding with almost everyone else. E'dro is said to still be soft on Persie after she was assistant weyrlingmaster for his clutch.  +
