 At 5ft 9", Addiene is a lanky figure with subtle curves and long limbs, her pale skin a sometimes shocking contrast to her dark eyes and hair. Pinned up, her deep brown hair still betrays its tendency to sit in waves, stray strands often escaping from their complicated weave to fall to just below her shoulders. Her features are smooth, an oval-shaped face with large eyes of much the same shape, her nose slim and mouth a little too wide.

 Aged twenty-two, she left the Harper Hall for a two turn posting at High Reaches Hold. It was expected that she would return to the Hall for some time at the end of her contract, but when she expressed an interest in the possible differences between teaching at a Hold and at a Weyr, she was considered for a different post. At twenty-four, she was posted to High Reaches Weyr, having spent her entire in either Hall or Hold.

 Though she'll play her part and perform as required as far as music goes, Addiene doesn't claim a love of it. She'll never complain when asked to play or write, but it's not her first love, despite the fact that she has taught voice classes and has a decent voice on her.
