The fine arch of her neck and set of her shoulders indicate the inherent grace in what at first appears to be only a sturdy, athletic form. Not a dainty girl, this one – nearly as large as her blue brothers, her imposing size wants for nothing in a purest feminine beauty unrivaled by the moons. Robed in the lush fertility of deepest forest green from tailtip to snout, at first glance this regal lady is dark as umbrage itself. Even when oversized wings unfurl in fluid harmony, allowing the heat of the Sands to dry her freshly-hatched hide, there is little respite from the shadows. It is not until she begins to move away from her shell that the faint haze of moonlit mist blanketing the forest floor can be seen creeping across her belly, and she must be far closer still to discern the moonbeams that dapple the left side her face, highlighting that eyeridge in a confident arch, then fanning out – down the length of her neck and across the broad expanse of her outstretched wing like so much sprinkled stardust. She announces her approach with a commanding creel, certain that her call will be answered. But by whom?
