== Deep Black Egg ==

The black depths of this small egg immediately catches your attention. The color is neither matte nor gloss, as though you were staring into a well so deep that the bottom could never be reached. Despite its somber color, however, you notice that the reflections of its neighbors seem subtly changed, and made even more beautiful as viewed on this shell. It is, though, rather small…even for a dragon egg.

''This egg seems to hatch all at once, pieces of shard falling away from a Diligent Angular Blue dragonet. He gives himself a thorough shake to dislodge the last pieces of shell, before beginning his search for his perfect lifemate. ''

== Diligent Angular Blue ==

This blue dragonet wastes no time freeing himself from his shards, knocking them out of his way as he takes his first steps forward. His cobalt blue hide is laced with veins of green near his wingtips, its lustrous tone reminding you of a satin cloth. His body seems more sharply defined than the other dragonets you see on the Sands. His wing and leg joints, his tail’s tip, his snout, all are pointed. After a glance to his mother and father, as though seeking approval, he moves away from his shell with a deft speed and agility unusual in one so young. He quickly moves towards the nearest group of candidates, scrutinizing it closely to find the one person who will work as hard as he plans to in every possible way.
