There is a crack, and the sand that was vibrating is still. With a second cracking sound, the sand sinks into a depression, and a small green wedge-shaped head pops up, looking about the cavern.

== Enthusiastic Desert Summer Green ==

This green’s subtly-colored hide catches the eye in an unusual way…at first one sees that there are broad swatches of deep brown and tan in the muted colors of her body, wings having sandy-colored undersides that shimmer as if with heat. However, there is a glorious sense of life to the muted forest greens and pale leaf-shades that mix along her back to form a spectacle of burgeoning health. The tops of her wings show a deep, dark green, like plants that don’t often see water but thrive when they do. Her angular head and neck stretch upward as if toward a sun whose heat and glare she’ll meet with strength and stubbornness. This large green is anything but fragile – just like her coloring, she is strong and sturdy, able to withstand long droughts and come through with sparkling colors. Softly whirling eyes take in her surroundings with a curious calmness, and her movements speak of conservation and great patience.
