At first glance, this small blue’s appearance seems utterly nondescript, but further study brings an appreciation of his subtle beauty. His smooth hide gleams softly in the dim cavern light, a pale shimmer of silver-blue like moonshine reflecting from still waters. He may be small, but he is well-proportioned, with a musculature that suggests he will be swift and deft in the air. His perfect head swivels this way and that, eying the world with a gaze of intent wonder. He remains silent, as if holding his peace for the time being. As he shifts, flicking his wings lightly, darker blue ribbons flare from shoulder joints to tips, as if streaked there by a child’s hand in play. His tail is a bit too long for his body, but doesn’t hamper him as he makes his way with a grace surprising for one just hatched.

With his head still turned in a direction opposite the one he is moving in, the Taciturn Moonshine Blue Dragonet catches his wing on the robe of one candidate.
