Tavyn, sister of greenrider M’vyn, was betrothed at twelve to a prominent cotholder of Lemos in exchange for marks paid to her father. Her brother was already apprenticed at Harper Hall at the time and she soon wrote to him out of desperation. With a new background and name given to her by some of her brother’s associates, it was arranged that Tavyn would enter the Healer Hall as an apprentice. She remained close with Morvyn, now M’vyn, throughout the turns, and is now a Journeywoman. She was recently ‘Searched’ for Elaruth and Bijedth’s clutch, but returned to Healer Hall after failing to Impress.

R’ys (Rysiart) is the Weyrlingmaster’s nephew, and Impressed his blue out of Elaruth and Bijedth’s third clutch, which hatched on day 11, month 6, turn 31 of Interval 10. Until the age of 6, he lived at High Reaches Weyr, then followed his mother, Eirlys (rider of brown Aruseth) to Ista Weyr. When he was fifteen, a Fortian rider Searched him to his aunt’s home Weyr, and he Impressed at the first hatching he stood for. His dragon has not been named, nor has his blue’s temperament been discussed in RP, meaning both of these would be up to the adopting player.

The following is NOT IC knowledge to all: Bluerider Nala is cousin to Bitra’s Lord and has a large family network back at Bitra, including cadet branches settled all over Pern. Most of her family would be aware of her true identity, were they to run into her again. Some would be aware of the two main reasons she left Bitra. Cousins or siblings would be preferred, either male or female.

Rivalries and friendship connections with PCs are a strong possibility here, as the adopting player prefers!
