If you're interested in creating a character at Fort Weyr, please see '+lhelp residency' on game and follow the instructions there; these instructions are for residents, instas and transfers. If you are applying as a transfer from a PC area, please get permission from your area admin to pursue an in-game transfer. If you are applying as a transfer from another game, please make sure your history has been reworked as needed to be consistent with NorCon theme and history.
