With all the stereotypical characteristics of a boy -- tall, athletically built, and a heavy, square jaw -- Gita could easily be mistaken for one. Her dark brown hair is both unruly and shoulder-length, tending towards springy spirals that point in different directions depending on the day; her eyes are dark brown as well, with short-spiky lashes, and straight, slim-lined brows. Large, expressive lips and a short, rounded chin give way to a slim column of a neck, while the rest of her is just as straight and lean.<br><br>
It's often that her clothing is rumpled, dirty, or both. She doesn't seem to care for her appearance, and mostly wears oversized shirts and pants from the Weyr stores, with a pair of threadbare boots and socks with holes in the toes.
