== Daily Schedule ==

The weyrlingmasters expect you to be on time, ready, and clean at all times. There is no excuse for having messy areas in the barracks and being unable to keep up after your dragon by now.

This schedule is suggested; there will be plenty of days that vary from it in some manor or another, thanks to the variations inherent in real life.

|Wake up and get ready for the day. It is your responsibility to be able to get up in time without help from the weyrlingmasters.

|Morning calisthenics. In the second month, the exercises will become more strenuous and the dragons will join in with you in different ways to strengthen their own muscles, particularly hind legs and wing shoulders. For riders, this is the month when laps around the bowl become routine, starting off slow and then progressively becoming longer each week.

|Breakfast in the living caverns unless your dragonet is needy. Then you will be able to take food to the barracks.

|Dragon feeding time. They are now big enough to tear meat off for themselves from carcasses provided just outside the barracks in the morning.

|Clean up time for those who must take harper lessons. Lessons will be taught in the training room, so the dragonets can be close by. The weyr expects a high level of education in its riders. There are classes on writing, reading, and math. For those who have already proven proficiency in these basic skills, this will be free time to spend with your dragon.

|Lunch. Again, this can be taken in the living caverns unless your dragonet is needy.

|Lectures. Please refer to the lectures sub-topic under activities.

|The rest of the day is free as long as you have completed your chores.

|All weyrlings who are able to find time away from their dragons should appear for group bonding over dinner.

* Basic harper classes for those not already competent.
* Show proper respect to everyone else.
* Tend to all the needs of your dragonet. They are your first priority, regardless, for the first few months.
* Feed, oil, and bathe your dragon, and keep your cot and couch clean and neat.
* Basic dragon anatomy classes.
* Get to know your mentor.
