* Mating flights bring up the stereotype holders have of Weyrs and might be interesting discussion fodder.
* With freedom increasing, you may just have time to pick up some old hobbies that fell by the wayside during your early days of weyrlinghood.
* If you’re falling behind in lectures or can’t understand them, maybe it’s time to ask for help from your wingmates. Alternatively, if you’re a bright individual and catch on quickly, take some time out to give one of your wingmates a hand, after all, a wing is only as strong as its weakest component.

* Discuss mating flights with your mentee and share some of your experiences.
* Weyrling are still growing familiar with the areas around the Weyr. Take them visiting.
