|log=Morning of day 24, month 5 found one of Jasper’s newest riders running laps around the bowl while the rest of the wing ran their usual drills. Despite the distracting glow to Zezkaith’s hide, the green sat away from the company of most while Euphemia kept on running… and running, until exhaustion finally brought her morning exercise to a close.

Anyone who hears the story from Jasper’s side of things will hear that the young greenrider, noticeably under the influence of her proddy green’s state, made something of a scene in the Glass Fountain the evening before, and was seen to lead more than one Sandstone rider away and to quieter surrounds. Other witnesses claim that it was nothing more than a young woman letting off steam, and that her wingmates are only angry that she chose her company from their old rivals.

C’ston insists that Euphemia’s punishment was to teach her better control, but there are some who say his reasoning just smacks of bitterness, and that he had no right to have a rider in her condition running laps. Does the bronzerider just want her for himself? Time will tell, especially if he sends Shimroth after Zezkaith.
