|log=Not long past, the Weyr Council decreed that with Igen's previous leadership not returning, the next junior queen to rise would become Igen's new Weyrwoman. That gold was Lhiannonth, installing Josilina into the position she once held at High Reaches. However, this development has left High Reaches a junior short, and negotiations between Igen and High Reaches began at once to rectify that.

Eventually, in another move just after the one that took her to Igen from Southern Weyr, one Jaispe, rider to Lultiath, found herself transferring to another home, to take Josilina's place at High Reaches. About twenty-six, Jaispe comes complete with one overweight, over-maternal gold and a pair of children from a previous weyrmating: daughter Saiphe, aged eight, and son Phaiseo, four. Jaispe herself is a bubbly, sweet young woman who seems a little bewildered by the rapid turn of events, though she's trying to make the most of it as she settles into the cold Reaches.
