I know this isn’t appropriate for our relationship. I know it can be awkward. But there are enough things in my life that I haven’t done because they could be awkward, or wrong, or because I was scared. I have lived a life of avoidance and excuses, and I am ready to be a better person. A braver person.

And I am not too nice of a person to go after what I want. Or, well, that is what I have decided.
