So when N'ky's hand squeezes her own, she soon reaches back, and takes his larger hand in a firm, warm grasp, giving him a solid if short handshake. "Yer already 'doin' it,' Nicky." Grin.  To his inquiry comes the bluerider's easy, "That's my duty as yer 'second. Also my duty ta' point out if yer screwin' up...though that's never in front uv' the wing, unless there's no time." She looks a little put-out for a moment when he knits their fingers together, but Alida chooses to go with the flow for once, giving N'ky's mitt a squeeze right back, then seeking to disengage her fingers, hand. "Gotta' keep lines uv' communication open between us, too, while we're doin' this stint uv' leadership." Sage nod.
