In fact, Z'ian has put a restriction on searching anyone who's Blooded-- so it'd be best to let your dragon mentally whine and fidget rather than pluck up another Hold's heir during sweeps. Seriously... Don't do it. No dragons will be sent out with the /intention/ of Searching at the Holds and are reminded to take extra care when in Tillek or Nabol. High Reaches Hold isn't as much as a concern, considering the restriction on non-Glacier riders has yet to be lifted. Though, riders with family at the Hold are still able to visit...
