The question is, will Lord Jivrain of Boll permit riders to visit the Hold in Search? Will anyone from Southern Boll and its territory actually /want/ to go to the Weyr, given the damage that has gone without mending despite meetings of Weyrleader and Lord, with interactions between Weyr and Hold proving to be chilly at best?
