|log=Well, the lake is still there. That’s got to be good, right? It’s taken quite some time to make sure the lake stays where it is and sort out the waterfall business, but the patched-up dam is now gone, replaced by a cleverly constructed channeling system that allows the water to cascade neatly down the mountainside without spreading out all over. Lucky for those with weyrs in the south of the bowl, the waterfall has a reasonably dull roar to it; certainly nothing deafening, though the noise might take some getting used to. Perhaps some might find it therapeutic?

The basic reconstruction work required to restore the solarium has also been completed, its multi-coloured glass roof and shutters now all in working order. Following the departure of the glasscrafters, the room has been cleaned to within an inch of its life under the supervision of the Headwoman, and, though all looks rather basic and bare for now, new hangings and coverings will soon be making an appearance (even if, given the region’s recovering economy, some might not be absolutely, just-woven brand new). Plans for the promised turnover concert are still in motion, the Weyrleaders playing an active part in putting together the whole event. Requests and ideas from residents are certainly being welcomed, as is participation by crafters, current and former.
