 Lansha blinks as he looks at the pepper-filled mug that's shoved at him. "Nice to meet you, Alida." He beams at the rider again. "I would be honored to meet your blue and give him, uh...this." He looks down at the peppers in slight distaste. "Be right back." He stands and heads out toward the bowl, muttering under his breath, "Whoever heard of a dragon that eats peppers?"

 Ilicaeth rumbles mellowly at Lansha when the weyrbrat palms that offering out to him, the rocky blue peering at the small pepper for a long moment, then inhaling its scent. Behind him, his tail takes up some small twitchings near its end, and folded-up wings at his sides rustle just a hint before a long tongue slips out from between parted, bloody jaws and sweeps up the 'tiny' offering. Enjoy your dragon-spittled hand, kid! Into Ilicaeth's maw the 'treat' disappears, and that now-hidden tongue mashes it against the vast roof of his mouth to spread the taste around better. Almost immediately, there's a reaction. It's not a creel, because honestly, he's too tough for something like that. But the dragon does manage to nearly call up a faint whine of protest, and nearly as quickly spit out the mushed pepper remnants onto the ground...along with copious amounts of spit. His eyes whirl a slow mix of lavender and yellow amidst the blue for some moments as he continues to spit, trying to get the nasty taste out of his mouth...and if Lansha is unfortunate enough to accidentally encounter any of that former pepper or dragon drool... well, at least Alida didn't.

		+	Lansha sits up on the sand as his laughter finally dies down, still breathing heavily. He stands as Alida comes out to the bowl and stands, brushing sand off himself as he does. He giggles again as the rider scolds her dragon, then the next thing she says hits him like a glass of cold water in the face. He stares at Alida for a few seconds, dumbstruck. "Whuh?" is all he manages to get out. He turns his head to look at the blue rumbling at him, breathing even more heavily now. His pounding heart is almost audible.

	The dark look Alida gives laughing Lansha might be enough to scare sane people, but nobody ever said teenagers were anything but crazy. "You heard me..." the blonde clips off in irritation to the youth, then glaring a few daggers at her blue...who's looking about as bland and disinterested as can be, right now. Granite. "Yes 'r no?"
