|log=In the aftermath of the execution and exile of the conspirators, the Weyr has seen fit to recognize certain of its members for going above and beyond the call of duty.

A few days after the events of the 1st, the Weyrleaders recognized the following at meal-time:
* Y’nolek for discovering the crew of the ‘Scudder’ and dealing with the aftermath as well as rescuing two candidates from a raider attack,
* M’try for rescuing Vanissa,
* B’kaiv, for services rendered above and beyond the call of duty, though what exactly he did isn’t really stated clearly.

Though not huge, each rider recognized by the Weyr was given a small monetary bonus and an engraved metal goblet with the Fort Weyr sigil on one side, and the recipient’s name and date on the other.
