|log=Those who have gone to gathers at Igen Hold have reported nothing seems amiss in the hold and in fact, the Hold seems to be more at ease lately. The only marked difference is the Lord and Lady have not walked a gather at their hold in months now.

Joremy entered Igen Hold with little fanfare several weeks ago, as if this were a normal visit of little brother to older, and has been said to be locked in talks with his brother. Occasional snippets of mutual frustration and thrown arms and yelling have surfaced, but it's on D25 M8 T36 that the drums finally sound from Igen Hold and Wulfan is seen, a little slimmer for his 'ordeal' on the balcony above the Igen Hold courtyard. Both announce his resignation as Lord Holder and that his designated heir, in the absence of a child, has been decided as Joremy. Wulfan and his wife, Daroda, will retire to Katz Field, though not as Holders there.

At the same time, missives are sent to each of Igen's minor holdings with two seals on them: one of the exiting Lord Holder and one of the new, requesting the holder's physical presence at Igen Hold to pledge their allegiance.

Joremy, for all his politicking prior to this, will not be seen by the public until M9.

How timely it's tithe season.
