I loved getting glimpses at how Iolene's not Impressing effected the Weyr. Of course the focus was Devaki's determination. It's kind of wonderfully horrifying to realize that no matter what cards he's dealt, Devaki will get what he wants. Always. Fixed point in time, and all that. >:3 Really awesome vignette.
