This is the "Alts" form. To create a page with this form, enter the page name below; if a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.
Creating an alt list is completely optional. It is used for the Advanced Log Search, to allow people to search for logs that include any of a person's alts, but nothing else.
