Hardest hit of the High Reaches Holds, Nabol has reportedly seen the plague spread from one end to the other; few holds within the region can claim to be without fatality. Initially, regular reports on the continued health of Lady Tevrane and her family with disseminated, as if to bring comfort to the people of the region; as of day 26, however, these have all stopped. Does that mean the family are no longer safe? Or is it just considered gauche to say as much when so many are dead and dying? Several minor holds have closed their doors even to dragonrider assistance, hanging black flags from their heights in warning: don't come near. |
