It's afternoon during Day 2 of Month 10 when Hraedhyth's steady ferocity is replaced with a ripple of savage excitement that is felt throughout the Weyr. Moments later, the dragons begin to hum. Riders are sent to collect Holders and their Ladies, and while some claim a lack of Nabol presence, others might swear they've caught a glimpse of Nabolese Blood in attendance.

Tsanth is the calm to Hraedhyth's storm, and just like her first hatching the warrior queen does /not/ appreciate so many crowding her brood. Poised and eager to defend her clutch, it's only after the last brown finds his once-Monacoan lifemate that the queen's gaze fades from ruby to bright sapphire.

With every egg hatched and Impressions made, there is a total of 2 bronze, 2 brown, 3 blue and 5 greens. Weyrwoman Azaylia is, of course, in high spirits and though the hatching feast is not as extravagant as those in the past, she and the staff have done what they can in order to honor the new weyrlings and celebrate a new generation. Despite the driving rain and muddy bowl, it's sure to be a cozy, jovial event.
