Description
Blonde hair, green eyes, middle-aged build on an average frame.

Rynien became Lord Reaches at the age of twenty-four. He married his wife, the lady Shaie of Sattle Hold at eighteen. He was publicly known as a benevolent lord who leads by example: a happy, perfect family of four.
He died unexpectedly, in his sleep, in turn 28, a few months short of his 44th turnday.
History
Relationships
Rynien and Shaie appeared to love each other very much; it's hard to know how much of that was for appearances.
Rynien sent Braeden to be fostered at Tillek while his son was in his teens, and did not recall him. This led to suggestion that all was not entirely right - Braeden was, after all, supposed to be the heir. This was never proved one way or another.
Issedi was Rynien's beloved, over protected daughter. That doesn't mean he wasn't willing to use her for political gain, by marrying her to Lord Aughan of Crom.
