Description

5'7" and not so lanky with it as stocky, Euphemia is more curvaceous than skinny, her figure one comprised of subtle muscle that lends both a sturdiness and softness to her form. It's her waist that looks small, compared to the flare of her sturdy hips and the generous curves of her chest. There's a roundness to her oval-shaped face that helps her slim nose seem not so sharp, her mouth wide and oft slightly turned down at its corners. Slim, pale brows arch over ocean-blue eyes that hold a certain spark of not so much good humour, but self-possession. Her hair is prone to loose, natural waves and falls to just beneath her shoulders, golden blonde, though somewhat straw-like, some strands paled to almost white.

Her clothes are basic and often in pale shades, her tunics and shirts usually white, with trousers and mid-length skirts of natural colours, though she often favours light dresses and sandals.

Euphemia ran message deliveries from cavern to cavern at the Weyr, though when needs must she was sometimes sent beyond Fort's boundaries.

She's pretty much a typical teenager, if more moody and unpredictable than one might like. Most are favoured with a healthy amount of distrust, some with clear disrespect and dislike.

It's not clear whether she has any friends at all. Any socialising she does seems to be conducted out of sight.

Her reading and writing skills are somewhat... undeveloped.

History

Where Euphemia arrived from and why are completely unknown. One day, she simply showed up at the Weyr, petitioned for room and board, and gave no preferences as to what sort of work she was willing to do in return. When it was discovered that her skills with pen and hide were not so good, she was put a simple task with a physical focus, requiring next to no thought. Whether she likes it is of little consequence; she does her work without (much) complaint.
