She said a council of elected riders and residents. Not sure it invalidates the whole log though, I'll talk to Azaylia maybe we can just fix that part up.

Could change it to "Riders of all colors." Which since they would electing riders regardless of color is basically the same thing.

I'll talk to Azaylia and see what she wants to do. </comment>
