Traders: The Lost List

In Brief
Stemming from the 'Traders: Minor Thefts' subplot, Milani and Hayda have always kept a list of Lost & Found items in the lower caverns, but with the arrival of the Vijays found the list to grow rather quickly. Concerned, a mention of the list was made to N'thei, who spoke with Satiet, who in turn informed Hayda to cease collecting a list of missing items, for now at least. Milani, obeying (mostly), quit keeping the list but did not destroy it as asked. It went missing.
What People Know
Milani: Noticed the increase in 'lost' items and wasn't convinced that it had anything to do with the traders until N'thei told her to make the list disappear. Suspects there's something truly rotten in the state of the Reaches based more on N'thei's reactions than any solid proof. Also knows about the stolen ale through L'vae. People that Milani has told about the list in some way:
- Viviana - found Millie looking for it and promised to pass it to her if she found it. Is aware that it's a list of missing things. 9/1/16). Saw the list when Niena found it on 10/6/16 and advised Niena to return it to Millie.
- L'vae - Milani mentioned missing things to him on 4/28/16, subsequently the list was mentioned on 10/1/16 along with Milani's own firmer suspicions about thefts and Lou is still looking for supporting evidence of the happenings.
- A'son - Milani mentioned having 'lost something important' that was potentially trader-related on 9/16/16 but not what, specifically and the Istan Weyrleader again advised her to give the traders the boot.
- Niena - Milani didn't tell her about the list but she finds it mixed into the scrap hides in the Children's Caverns on 10/6/16. Niena showed the list to the people in the room - Eila, Shanlee and Viviana. Vivy identified it as Milani's and Shanlee was perplexed by it.
- Shanlee - Milani showed the list and confessed the entire story to Shan on 10/16/16. Shan said she'd make sure Millie didn't get locked up and threatened various forms of vengeance on N'thei.
The list was returned to Milani on 10/11/16 by Niena who seems generally, none-the-wiser about what the list really means.
Milani made at least one copy of the list in private and is keeping the original on her person at all times. She intends to return it to N'thei so he can burn it but will turn over her copy to Shanlee.

Satiet: Aware of the existence of the list and of the concerns of minor thefts around the Weyr, the Weyrwoman was made aware that the list was lost by N'thei.
