OOC Player Disclaimer

So as (most of) you know, I had the first new addition to my family in March. We're getting into our groove and I'm working with SO to try to get a little two-handed time in which to do live scenes in addition to the slow-paced RP-by-google-docs that I've been doing. I wanted to put out there that if I'm logged in, I'm possibly (probably?) RP okay, /but/ because I have a wee one who, let's face it, at two months old isn't even a little self-sufficient and who has first crack my attention, if I RP, it comes with the following disclaimer:

I really want to RP with you, but the wee one has to come first, which means RPing with me live may involve unexpected slowness that I won't be able to say 'hey, I'll brb in x many minutes' before I /have/ to go do something. It means I might be typing one handed which makes me a little slower with posing. It might mean I need to pause the scene or only get three poses in before something happens that requires my attention away from the keys. I know this makes me a drag to RP with, but if you're willing to put up with that, I'm thrilled to RP with you.

Otherwise, I would love, love, love to RP with you by google doc. If you're interested, shoot me a +mail with your google docs address and I'll be glad to set something up.

If neither appeals to you, I completely understand and hope to RP with you in the future as tiny tot grows. I just wanted to wave my RP flag in what ways I can. Hope to play with you soon!

Description

Broad of shoulder, and strong of jaw, this young man of about 17 turns old still has traces of baby fat clinging to his otherwise muscular form. He stands about five foot, eleven inches tall and besides his rather remarkable bone structure, he's just another face in a crowd. Dusky tan skin covers his frame, topped by straight, dark chestnut locks. Though a few shorter locks flop haphazardly from the top of his broad brow, most of his hair is contained by a tan thong as it hangs down his back to reach the bottoms of his shoulder blades. Arched brows peak over evenly-set warm brown eyes. His nose is proportionate, though slightly aquiline. Thin but shapely pale pink lips almost always seem to wear the ghost of a smile, and a slight crinkle in his cheeks suggest hidden dimples.

Clearly dressed more for function than fashion, K'zin has donned a pair of khaki hide pants that look to be the kind lined with something more forgiving to bare skin. A pair of thick, worn, fur-lined brown wher-hide boots are on his feet. Warmth seems to be the aim of his torso attire, too. At least three layers can clearly be seen, starting with a grungy ecru undershirt peeking out from the opening in his grey shirt and topped with a brown vest. When outdoors, a fur-lined overcoat and red knit scarf, hat, and mittens is part of his standard attire.

Summary: Wazan was still a child the last time K'zin saw him (barely ten turns old). He's begun to grow up into a bit of smart-ass with a temper, so his father wasn't as angry as he might otherwise have been (not after three children deviated from the preordained path of MineCrafting that the first four seemed happy enough to follow) when the lad apprenticed to the BeastCraft and headed off to the Hall. He's the baby, so he's much beloved by all, but there are far fewer headaches for them to deal with when he's at such a distance.

Miscellaneous Tidbits

K'zin

K'zin never had the normal kinds of pets growing up. Coming from a fairly prolific family of MineCrafters, he had Pet Rocks; no one's ever explained to him that's not normal.
Known by some but not most, K'zin has drawn just about every girl he's met since he was fourteen or so naked. He's a good artist, with sketches that look similar to this artist's skill level. He takes a familiar face and draws an approximation of what their body might look like based on their frame and women he's seen (not stared at) in the bathing caverns.
Known (by a select few) turn offs (some of which creep him out): stuffed animals, waxy cheese, uncles in the bathes, weird toes, sleet, crying babies, and babydolls.

Rasavyth

The bugs in Rasavyth's mind are drawn from Stargate's Replicators, learning about everything around them and incorporating that which makes them stronger/better/smarter into their make-up and mimicking things with an uncanny aptitude for detail.
Rasavyth hasn't shown any of his original-concept tendencies toward betrayal. He is almost always friendly, inviting, and receptive. True, there is that niggling "something not right in the back of the mind but can't put your finger on it", but other than that, he's your average, friendly, chatty, clever, sympathetic dragon. He's prone to extremely subtle manipulations of others, but not things he could be linked to directly. Think of him like the sweet, kind uncle that's smart enough to give you advice but that you'd never want to be alone in a room with, even though you couldn't say why.
