About Me
I am a fully grown adult human bean living in the Pacific Northwest. I've been off-and-on with MUSHing for the better part of a long time. As of the beginning of 2015, I've hopped my way back into university classes, so my availability is pretty steady but I am most often available for lurking while I try to read exhausting texts on short notice. I overuse emotes, and for that I have no remorse.
As far as my characters and playstyle are concerned, I am extremely flexible. I do my best to turn every plot twist, scene, and relationship into something fun to play and build on, whether that's good, bad, ugly or indifferent. I fully believe ICA=ICC, and since my threshold for real drama is less than zero, I like to foist all junk on my characters. It's cathartic escapism. That being the case, I'm open for anything you're willing to throw at me, and even things that might not seem good, I'm very likely willing to participate in.
As an aside, I can get long in my poses, especially if there are feelings to be had. I try to keep it down, but feel free to let me know if it is too much.
Character List
| Faryn (February 2015 - present) Faryn is an apprentice Beastcrafter who was posted at High Reaches Weyr not long after the storm of Turn 36 (though not as a direct rescue from it). She is the daughter of Fadra, an old Istan brownrider of mine who I waffled on bringing back and eventually decided against. After she failed to Impress her first round, I realized I really really like playing weyrfolk, and she's been nothing but fun as she tries to find her place. Whether she Impresses remains to be seen, but I don't foresee her going anywhere but Reaches for a while. | |
| Yesia (April 2015 - present) Oh, Yesia. I created her as an insta-weyrling after Fadra didn't Impress because I really wanted to continue with the Candidate class I'd bonded with. She started as an NPC that Laine graciously gave me permission to pursue as a PC (THANKS!), and now she is a permanent green torture device for High Reaches. She's a blast, and I should have known I wouldn't be able to punt her off camera to Igen so easily. |
