When Zyrieth caught Aurelinth in the flight for Weyrleadership, there was some controversy in the Weyr. Would R'lym be an effective leader at such a young age? Darci put the whispers to rest, reminding people that she had not been much more than a turn or two older when she became Weyrwoman just before the beginning of the Pass.

As it turned out, Aurelinth and Zyrieth were very well suited to one another, producing an enormous clutch of 36 eggs. High Reaches now added 1 gold, 14 green, 9 blue, 7 brown, and 5 bronze weyrlings to its roster.
