The Holders' Conclave met on day 1, month 9, turn 39. Among the items on the agenda was the proposed confirmation of Baliol as the new Lord Ruatha. Baliol's wasn't the only name presented, but after some debate and votes, Baliol was confirmed as Lord Ruatha. Given that he's in his mid-twenties, charismatic and single, many parents of eligible Blooded daughters are thrilled at the prospect of alliance. |
