Hulking, angular, hind-legs dominate an already looming stature, scratched with a coarse brown that peels, as though fetid, rotting into a deep coloring mistakable for black across the back and along a long, ridged tail. High bony ridges define him up to his neck, where they fall away to patchy brown skin that look like scales. Coloring on his chest lightens, this unremarkable brown shade surviving all through his forelegs, up the bottom of his neck, and onto a reddish muzzle. His jaw's as sharp as the rest of him, and his head-knobs little more than tall spikes. That sizable wingspan trends dark, eaten by shadows, his 'sails thick and impenetrable by light. Wicked design seems to have made his back legs larger than his front; huge paws versus those made almost entirely out of curled talons that make resting on the front feet look distinctly uncomfortable.
