WYSK
Yarovai is a handyman from Fort Hold. He's not the brightest glow in the basket, but he's eager to please and easy on the eyes.
Background
Yarovai has been at Fort Hold for as long as he can remember (which isn't, admittedly, as long as some people can remember). He's worked odd jobs since he could work at all and, though he could never manage to apprentice, he's really good at fixing things that are broken just enough to need fixing but not so much to need any very technical putting back together.
He liked Fort Hold, but one of his very dear friends (rather, some guy who's only a few glows brighter than the very dim Yaro, who's been jealous of his hotness for some time - because let's face it, what else /is/ there to be jealous of?) assured him that Fort was going to fall all to hell without Astivan and he should probably find somewhere better, somewhere that would /pay/ him. So, obviously, he came to the Weyr. That's where the tithes go, after all. It makes perfect sense. He won't starve there and they probably break things sometimes.
