Ball of Yellow Feathers Egg

This pale yellow puffball sits slightly apart from the other eggs, and raised on its own little cushion of sand. The leathery surface of the egg picks up an odd texture from the sand it was rolled in to dry, leaving the impression of hundreds of tiny feathers, all bound together in this, the largest egg of the clutch. The only variations in its golden, feathery hue are an odd pair of light garnet streaks, as well as two irregular orange blotches on either side of the shell. It fairly dwarfs the eggs around it, longer than it is wide.

Rock. Rock. Shiver, shake, roll. The Ball of Yellow Feathers Egg bumps hard against a neighbor and shell flakes off. The opportunistic dragon within makes full use of the break to engineer a release from her prison. First muzzle, then long neck and then the whole shebang slithers from that one round hole. Clawing her way free from her mostly intact shell, a Sleekly Eloquent Pale Gold takes a moment to swipe awkwardly at the egg goo coating her body.

Sleekly Eloquent Pale Gold Dragonet

Cloud-pale hide marks this gold, glints of amber and citrine twinkling across her back and flanks in a field of misplaced stars. A deep chest hints at a queen's stamina but the rest of her is almost too streamlined. Her head is delicate with wide set eyes and a sharp profile, no break in the pale gold of her hide to differentiate hollow from spiked ridge. Sinewy shoulders and forelimbs give way to tapering wings which, when unfolded, appear almost sanded and bleached of color, save for those same glints that catch and refract any light. Her haunches are frankly slender with narrow legs, and her tail fantastically long. While she may grow into the promise of her chest and tail, she seems almost too delicate and ephemeral to be a queen.

Public Impression Message

Once the Sleekly Eloquent Pale Gold gains her feet, there is no question of her movement. She takes a sideways glance to a short, brown haired older teen, as if marking her. Yet her path is clear and concise as she slinks towards a tall, golden haired woman. There is no hesitation in her movement as she calls Zahava to break ranks and meet her halfway, eyes shimmering with the heart's blue of contentment.

This egg is based on "Sesame Street", from the Children's Television Workshop. Sesame Street has been entertaining children in many countries since 1971, for roughly 37 seasons.
