Melting Icicle Egg
The almost incandescent white of the tiny, oddly shaped egg is shot through with delicate bits of blue and green that catch the light and seem to run from rounded top to sharply pointed bottom. Ripples of misty grey add to the illusion of a delicate spire of ice giving up its captured moisture to the air around it and ground below. As you eyes travel along the egg, a soft song of dripping water can almost be heard.
The egg seems to drop away from the form it encases without any obvious pressure, unveiling the pure creature it has cradled so lovingly. The curled body stirs, wings slowly opening as the head lifts to test the new environment. He lays still for a moment, his gaze turned first to his parents and then to his siblings. With sure poise he gains his feet, the fluids glistening along his clear, pure hide as water does on blue ice. Deliberately he turns, moving with ever increasing speed as his body responds to his wishes. Each face is scrutinized, where is that one perfect gem to match him?
Brilliant Beryl Blue
Two things make this dragon strikingly beautiful. First is the color; a very pale shade of blue. Deep and clear, but with just the slightest touch of green, it reminds you of looking into water, but the shade is wrong for the sea or any lake or stream. It is pure and perfect, but almost unnatural. The second thing that grabs your attention is the complete lack of other colors. His hide is one perfect and smooth piece. Without shade or highlights, he appears without flaw or inconsistency.
Public Impression Message
Brilliant Beryl Blue Dragonet finally shakes his head, thinking something isn't quite right, he turns his head to look at Sionelle, he warbles almost as a question.
