There's no denying that Elsan is pretty, with red-blonde curls and big blue eyes that just beg for attention. She's tall and slender, with curves in all the right places, and a mouth just built for pouting. Jensalyth is a deep emerald in colour, probably as pretty as her rider. Elsan was Searched from Nabol Hold; she may claim that her father is directly related to Lord Ustelan, but there's no evidence for this-- in all honesty, she's nothing more than a normal holder's daughter. She had a normal upbringing, too: she learned the usual feminine arts, and perhaps would have ended up in service to Lady Ienavi had she not caught the attention of bronzerider H'tram. Thinking her both pretty and in some way /interesting/, the bronzerider apparently picked her up in the hope of having High Reaches' next Weyrwoman in his debt. Elsan was easily convinced by his promises of glory, and returned to the weyr with him-- she fully expected that a gold dragon would eventuate, followed by H'tram as her all-but husband. %r%rInstead, she found the weyr in many ways confronting; being found on the sands by green Jensalyth did little to help her confusion. What's worse is that H'tram seems to have lost his interest in her, since the hatching... where does that leave poor Elsan now?
