* High Reaches' former Weyrleader, R'hin has two daughters by the former High Reaches Weyrwoman Satiet -- Riahla and Suireh. He has several other children here and there as well, though they've managed much less infamy than the twins.%r* In Monaco circles he's known as a bit of a "fixer" (and not the handyman type of fixer).%r* Riders who espouse more non-traditional roles within their respective Weyr heirachies may well have heard his name mentioned... as someone they should talk to.%r* He was seen visiting I'kris when the brownrider was at High Reaches Weyr after winning Lujayn's gold's flight, before I'kris murdered Iolene. Rumor associates him, in a not-very-pleasant-way with I'kris' father and some ongoing dispute that might-or-might-not be related to this.%r* During Turn 33 he transferred to High Reaches Weyr as part of a wing swap, with High Reaches' Polaris going south in place of Monaco's Savannah Wing. For a Turn he worked to improve the Weyr's opinion of Monaco. Three months after the wing returned to Monaco, the senior queen rose to be caught by M'kris, and shortly thereafter the entire Wing transferred to High Reaches under dubious circumstances.%r* What Savannah does exactly isn't clearly specified. They're certainly not a traditional wing, and whatever their work is often takes them out of the Weyr, sometimes for long periods.
