From Telgar Hold, daughter of a Harper and a Starsmith, she had a happy childhood.&r&tAislara is quiet and keeps to herself, but not painfully shy.
She has a beautiful soprano and will sing when asked to, though these days that information is not well known.
Aislara managed to hide her true age upon being Searched and all through her time as a candidate. She Impressed green Ryerith and continued to hide her age until circumstances led her to tell the truth.
As a weyrling she was badly injured in a firestone training accident.
Distinct, puckered, scars are seen from just above her collar bone on her right side and travel the length of her chest and down along her back. She had a habit of concealing them in heavy clothing and scarves, no matter the weather, until she found confidence in her own body and now dresses as if the scars are not there.
She began training as a junior assistant weyrlingmaster and due to her desire and hard work she became a full assistant and is often found absorbed by her work whether or not she has weyrlings to instruct.
