The date "TBD 00:00:00" was not understood.
Taking the Weyr by surprise, Taeliyth rose for her maiden flight just before lunchtime on day 17 of month 9, Turn 39 (happy turnday, Dahlia!); she was caught by A'sran's bronze Leczuth. With Zaisavyth and Vhaeryth's fourteen only recently hatched and having had to import candidates from Monaco for them, the surprise flight has everyone asking where Fort will get its candidates. The Weyr and its sweep area are still recovering from the plague that badly impacted them. Tithes are uncertain and the Weyr is already looking for ways to stretch what they have. It comes as no surprise that there are many hoping that Taeliyth's first clutch will be as poor a showing as her dam's ghost clutch (egg count: zero). If it isn't, it may be time to beg, borrow or steal candidates (so to speak) and who knows what exciting times that might bring.
