Description
Untamed golden red waves and pink, full lips feature prominently in Paislie's demure countenance. Dark lashes are long and thick, framing wide hazel eyes under gently curved brows. Her skin is flawlessly cream, her chin an almost perfect oval and her nose small and short. Her softness extends to her petite frame, if only just this side of bony, a little too thin to be truly curvy.

Background
Born in the small Red Cairn Beasthold, Paislie is one of now Fortian weyrwoman Lilah's six younger siblings. Despite starting out as the sort of child who enjoyed getting dirty and speaking her mind at every possible opportunity, most notably speaking out against Lilah's supposed guilt in the death of their great-uncle Killan, she grew into a young woman who was properly demure and very aware, if not entirely accepting, of her place in life.
At eighteen turns, she was married to a well off neighboring cotholder, Gishran, who had just inherited control from his poorly aging father. It was a good marriage for Red Cairn and Paislie was determined to be a dutiful wife, to make the most of their arrangement and maybe even learn to love her new husband.
It didn't take long for Paislie to discover the volatility beneath his pleasant exterior and it only grew worse in the following turns when it became apparent she was having difficulty bearing him children. After reaching out to her family in Red Cairn and being told in no uncertain terms that they would not take her away from her husband, Paislie convinced her healer, tasked with helping her conceive, to take her to the Healer Hall in Fort. She didn't stay there, quietly disappearing to find her sister at the Weyr.
